She skates on that one because the server wasn’t US Government property and neither the Federal Records Act nor FOIA has any penalties that could’ve been enforced on her. So then you had mishandling of classified data and that should’ve been a slam dunk but Comey happened.
She and her aides used a private server not only to do USG business but also routed all data solely through that server so there was no record of any of it in the State Department email servers or network. This was done to intentionally avoid USG oversight. Furthermore, that server also did Clinton Foundation business and Bill Clinton’s business. I would have loved to see a special prosecutor with the same broad scope as Mueller give that server and Hillary’s people a thorough investigation. I would bet a paycheck that the corruption found would make anything the Trump investigation has turned up so far look like jaywalking.
And it wasn't until a few weeks ago that what we'd all figured was finally proven: that Trump lied through his false teeth about it for those 12 years. So, the guy that was supposed to be the anti-politician - the one that was going to drain the swamp and rid us of all the bullshit - has been shown to be absolutely no better than the rest of the political scum.
