Brandon Marshall's checkered past?

ESPN has a timeline of his past troubles and the last one states he was arrested while at Central Florida in 2004.
Does anyone know if this was published back then or was O'Leary able to keep this under wraps so it didn't get out?

I thought there was something rumored back then but assaulting a police officer was one of the charges that I never heard about.

I know JJ was arrested for allegedly assaulting an officer but I think those charges were dropped eventually.
