Canadian trucker protest

This is starting to get pretty interesting.
Providing gas is an illegal activity. 🤦‍♂️

Disclose.tv: Conspiracy Forum Turned Disinformation Factory

Disclose.tv, a disinformation outlet based in Germany, is bringing fake news to a timeline near you. Although it now presents itself on social media as a reliable news source, Disclose.tv originated as a forum fixated on conspiracy narratives and UFOs. Its continued uncritical coverage of these topics reveals its links to fringe pseudoscience and conspiracy theories.
Currently, Disclose.tv operates its main website, as well as accounts on Twitter (801K followers), Telegram (394K followers), YouTube (12K followers), Facebook (3 million followers), Gettr (583K followers), and Gab (180K followers). On these platforms, Disclose.tv functions as a news aggregator, largely sharing information from other news sources, often without attribution or without links to other news sites. Its most popular posts tend to be videos or photos taken from other accounts. Its Twitter account currently has eight Tweets with over 20,000 likes, half of which lack attribution to any news source.
Disclose.tv tweet reads: JUST IN - UAE bans unvaccinated citizens from leaving the country starting from 10 January - state media.
A tweet from Disclose.tv that does not include where its “breaking” news came from.
Disclose.tv consistently pushes anti-vaccine and anti-lockdown narratives. Many of their social media posts focus on negative aspects of government responses to the COVID-19 pandemic and negative effects from the vaccine, usually presented in a misleading manner. Its own reporting misrepresents developments related to COVID-19, such as an article from October 2021 titled “German court declares Corona curfew unconstitutional,” which referred specifically to a curfew in the German state of Bavaria in March 2020 that the State Court retroactively ruled unconstitutional.

Sure would be a shame if the truckers left and never came back to Ottawa. They, the farmers, and the ranchers have far more power than the government realizes.

It may be wise to not piss off the proletariat. #Frenchrevolution

They got gofundme to steal their money as a peaceful protest.
GoFundMe decided to autorefund all donations once Elon Musk called them thieves on Twitter and a bunch of Republican Governors decided to announce that they were opening investigations into GFM.

This is far more interesting than the morons in Ottawa, tbh. I know people who live in Ottawa and they said these people are making lives hell for everyone there and they're punishing people who can do absolutely nothing about any mandates.

The GFM thing just exposed them though - they are clearly acting as a political organization and possibly at the direction of politicians. This is the same organization that came out in support of CHOP in Portland, allowed money to flow to them, and distributed tons of money for BLM'ers being arrested for actual, real violence.

Yet two reports of arrests in Ottawa and suddenly they deem this protest "too violent' to be on their platform and refuse to distribute funds?

Won't be using GFM again any time soon.

UPDATE: Man Who Rammed Car into Winnipeg Freedom Convoy Protesters is Antifa Activist David Zegarac.

Serious question, do you think the covidians in the cooler are happy about these innocent civilians being mowed down? At least several in here publicly call them murderers 💰🤦‍♀️

I'm having trouble finding out if he's Antifa or not, and it's largely just 2 right-wing web-sites reporting it. As always, we'll see ...

In either case, he's only been charged with 'assault with a weapon,' not 'attempted murder' despite running over someone clearly caught on camera.

But it's okay, it was a car, not a gun, so the force-trama isn't the same -- oh wait! (I love catching the physics-ignorant on that one). ;)

Canada has become a flustercuck. And plenty of Canadians have had it with Trudeau
It's always amazing to watch a government violate freedom to, allegedly, combat those who would violate freedom of others, who are doing so because the government has violated freedom in the first place.

This is where civics becomes a circular, downward spiral ... as it has in Greece, Spain, Italy and elsewhere. This is not going to end well.

Agree with you. If you keep pushing someone around, eventually, that person is gonna push back.

I hope this doesn't end up being counter productive. They'll end up losing support if they take this too far.

So are we cool with blocking traffic and such at protests now? Just trying to keep up with what you guys approve and disapprove of.

Despite their tired platitudes, the commies in government and the media don’t actually like it when workers of the world actually start to unite.

I couldn’t believe it was covered on nbc nightly news at about the 20 minute mark. It was like watching Vietnam era government propaganda.
