Can't appeal targeting call

I can't find where I asked this first, but found the answer anyway. According to NCAA, conferences with replay reviews, they are the final decision, you can't appeal. So, bad refs get rewarded.
 
True, but the AAC can (and should) issue a formal apology to the student-athlete who is suspended from play for an entire half on a bogus call/review. I suspect a review process will be implemented in future seasons.

True and the refs should have some kind of re-training, suspension or at the very least admit it was wrong. What probably happened was a letter to UCF which they have to keep silent about out of some fairy land belief that someone on earth actually believes refs are infallible.
