Yeah, the same team he left us for in the Winter portal, big loss for us.

I was going through the Winter and Spring portal a couple of weeks ago, and there were 7 guys I didn't think we could afford to lose (but did). Now that number is 8. The bad news is there isn't a single guy we got in return that I'm excited about. This looks to be a rough year....

And now Ced Hawkins has become our 2nd ex-player of the Spring portal to transfer to the usif community college...what a depressing moment that must be for these guys.

Next year was always going to be bad. With or without Gus. At least in 2 years we have something to look forward to.

I was hoping for more (a bowl game vs IDK....Arkansas St LOL).

I think we will be OK on defense, brought in a bunch of O Linemen with a coach I trust can find the optimum mix of guys, and will be good at RB. And a better kicker....

It is just QB and WR holding us back I think.

Johnson is very young, and he should have never been needed on the field last year. Maybe he turns into a good player a few years down the road.

But his tape is pretty damn rough. Again, wasn’t ready as a true freshmen. But for me, he was the second worst DB in one of the worst DB rooms in the country. A loss, but I don’t think it’s a huge loss. Hard to win with kids like that, focused on their next move all the time.
