Man, I hope this guy gets the job. With all the Coaching vacancies, many at NC fully expect him to jump. They would love to keep him and know they need to pay him. It appears he has completely changed the team's mindset on defense. It is my understanding he was selected by Fedora without any real previous relationship, which is big now days.
You can bet that he would assemble a young, enthusiastic coaching staff with previous experience with top programs. I am sure he learned a lot at his stops at TX, IA State, Auburn, NC, etc.
