Any time in the future that Trump is criticized for his use of pardon power, he will be able to argue that Biden did the same to protect his own kin. January 6 folks will be free AF on Liberation Day!!!!
He has already said he was going to pardon the Jan 6 people. He also pardoned Jared Kushner's dad and is now going to make him ambassador to France, and he pardoned several Republican politicians, and Republicans were ok with that.

I think one of the best parts of liberation day on January 20 is going to be when Trump pardons all the January 6 people. Hopefully he does that as a symbolic gesture before he closes the border.

Also, the pardon wasn't merely for the gun charges. The pardon goes all the way back to Jan 1 2014 and includes crimes that MAY have been committed during that time span of 11 freaking years. Gee, seem a little odd to you?
Also, as a reminder, Joe Biden was the sitting VP for 3 years starting with the period in which Hunter was pardoned. Seems a little suspicious that the President is pardoning his son for crimes that he MAY have committed, back to the same period in which he was still the sitting VP?
Nothing to see here. It's all just right wing media conspiracy; there was no laptop and Hunter was on the Burisma board with money going back to "the big guy" simply because he was an expert on Ukrainian gas.
The gun charge is rarely tried in federal court unless it's a secondary charge to another gun crime.
It's not about being a conspiracy, it's about a level playing field. Jared Kushner received $2 billion from the Saudis while working in the White House, and Republicans don't care at all, but Hunter should be in prison for getting a cushy job?
In an ideal world, I would agree with you, but presidents and governors always pardon people as they are walking out the door, including Republicans, this isn't anything new.

I'm playing whataboutism to point out the hypocrisy from the other side. Not one of you actually care about Hunter and not one of you care when Republicans do favoritism for their own people. We were assured that there was absolutely nothing nafarious going on with Hunter Biden or his father. Remember when NPR publicly declared that they refuse to cover the laptop story since it was clear Russian disinformation? Woops.
I'm simply asking you guys to answer for the years of gaslighting. We were assured over and over that anything alleged about the Bidens and Burisma was a right wing conspiracy, yet here we have the President issuing an 11 year blanket immunity pardon to his son that encompasses time in which he was the sitting VP.
Why Jan 1 2014?
If we had a media that wasn't captured and compromised, they might have done their job years ago to investigate why a Ukraine gas company put Hunter Biden on their board and made him a millionaire when dad was sitting VP.
