I’ve heard about those Jew Lasers. Historians think that Jesus had laser eyes and was able to cure disease that way. The character Vision from The Avenger is loosely based on a historical description of Jesus, though Jesus didn’t have a silly glowing dot in his forehead.

I’m honestly not sure how far off Democrats being pedophiles is. However, I would also extend that to Republicans too. There were a good amount of politicians that were caught up blackmail traps set up by organized crime during the middle of the last century. I doubt those rackets disappeared completely and it’s probably, at least in part, how Epstein made his billions.

Trying to compare her to AOC is just as brain dead as she is. You might not agree with AOC's polcies, which is fine, but to act like her views are the equivalent of Jewish lasers, pedophilia, and all of this other non sense is way off. Instead of making the baseless comparisons, Republicans just need to own that there party is the party of conspiracy loons now, and see what they can do to attract reasonable people again.

When the other party has you outnumbered in registered voters, the common sense solution is to work hard to attract independents and conservative-leaning democrats. Instead, the party leadership appears to be hellbent on running any traditional Republican out of town -- conservatives like Liz Cheney come to mind -- who are not conspiracy loons.

I don’t know. They both have their own brand of political theater. AOC constantly saying she was almost murdered on Jan. 6th is as ridiculous as any Greene spouts. She claims to be afraid of Republicans in Congress without anyone having tried to do anything to her.

They are different though. AOC is the lady who will fake a heart attack over a hair in her soup, while Greene is the lady who will tell her that the CIA placed the hair in the soup to make her more submissive.

AOC has the emotional maturity of a preteen, while Greene believes that fluoride is the reason people are normally calm.

Take your pick. Neither belongs in a place where they decide what is right for a nation. Again, government is shite and democracy gives us fools.

AOC is not a fool. Again, you might not agree with her policies, but that doesnt make her stupid.

You trying to down play what happened on the 6th isnt AOC being dramatic, it is you not wanting to acknowledge the reality of what happened on the 6th.

I don’t agree w her on some policy but AOC is at least a relatable normal human being if you seen her in more casual interviews . MTG is info wars crazy and trashy

I just have to laugh when posters here wanna play 'whaddabout AOC?' in a discussion of the stupid things that Marjorie Taylor Greene has said.

AOC is an intelligent, passionate, and very articulate, spokesperson for very liberal positions. I will admit that she advocates for some positions that I don't happen to support, but, like HH, there is no doubt in my mind that she believes in her causes.

But I find it telling that our board's conservatives want to compare AOC to the batshit craziness of nutjobs like Marjorie Taylor Greene.

So why did you act like she was being ridiculous when AOC said she was almost murdered? People were killed on 6 Jan. She was a couple wrong turns in the capitol of being one of them.

Because she was locked down with armed security. If she he said she feared at the time that she would be killed, then that would be a reasonable statement. To proclaims that she was almost murdered when no one got near is hyperbole at best.

I was a few rows down from the police officer that was shot at the Citrus Bowl when UCF played Marshall in whatever early Statue year. I don’t claim that I was almost shot, because I know that the events worked out in a way that I was never really in danger. I was pulled down by a friend after the shooting started, because I was being a drunk white dude trying to see what was happening, so at the time the fear was that we were all in danger. I’m just saying if AOC gets to say she was almost murdered, then I get to tell people that the cops tried to shoot me at a football game.

Someone did throw a fire extinguisher at a police officer and a lady crawling in a window was shot (by police?), besides that the deaths were unfortunate but don’t seem to be intentionality caused. I know there were some strange suicides after the fact, but I haven’t really followed much of the deaths from Jan. 6th,
