he's been pulling the "i'm conservative but even i'm not in support of [insert traditionally conservative value]" ever since he voted for hillary in 2016.

the truth is, his parents are probably conservative and they still support the majority of his endeavors. he's overridden with guilt if he outwardly claims to be the leftist he is, so he instead pretends he's a new breed of woke conservative where he agrees with the left on everything except maybe guns.
