You don't have to be a fan. It just has to generate revenue and pay for itself eventually...then make money. It also has to impress recruits. Seems like a good idea to pimp it out for corporate events. Probably be nice for players to get a rub-down while laying out by a pool and lazy river as well. Let's be trailblazers, and this is one thing that is unique.

I'd change a lot (or at least try a whole bunch of new stuff) if I was AD.
