Already twice hearing the commentators talk about Gus and him being an offense genius 🤢
As soon as you started this thread look what has happened. Also why is everyone on our team slipping. Like 6 slips already
Of course, 3rd and 2. You run Harvey. Nobody would ever expect that so why would you ever try anything different.? Again announcers, why exactly is Gus an offensive genius?

I finally figured it out. I must be missing something. Every announcer keeps saying what an offensive genius Gus is and I guess I just cannot recognize genius when it’s standing in front of me.

It feels that way because it is. Which is saying something after the Heupel years
ISU is putting 7 to 9 people within the first 10 yards and Gus continues to run Harvey up the middle. We complete the one pass we throw for 13+ yards, so we then stop passing and go back to our overpowering running. The entire earth knows we are going to run, so why not just once in a while for the hell of it not continue passing two plays in a row?!?
3rd and 3 and the defenders are playing 5 yards off... we got luck because that was an easy completion.
OK – I was wrong. Gus is an absolute total offensive genius and we should run Harvey every single play for the rest of the game!
That run so opens our passing game, but Gus will see it as reinforcement for his plan to run Harvey up the middle 52 times today!
I didn’t realize we were allowed to tackle their QB behind the line of scrimmage. Perhaps we should do that more often.
Now we know why Jacurri was riding the bench. The accuracy is just not there
