Democrat Debate

This debate felt like an honors class, where as the GOP debates feel like a drop-out prevention class.

You're right in the sense that it felt like a class (as in high school) debate for class president. Free this, free that....I'm here to fight for you against the evil principal (err...rich people)......vote for me and free sodas in the lunchroom.

Joking aside, the debate had epic amounts of class warfare, fear mongering and pandering, with a nice a sprinkling of candidates who have absolutely no business being up there. I'm failing to see how it was any different than the republican debates.

With less candidates, each had more time to display why we should not elect them. Reality and that group have no common ground at all.

Hillary was complaining about (inflated) $4.5 million dollars spent on investigating Benghazi.

Let's see here ...
- Several Americans dead
- Hillary sent a sacrificial lamb with false statements to the media
- Hillary has deflected the CIA created those "talking points," but it was later shown State modified them
- Hillary has had to repeatedly backtrack on statements, as those in State cross her under investigation

I'll agree with Hillary, the Republicans went after her. No argument. It's partisan politics.

However, let's compare this to ...

- Plame's name was leaked by Richard Armitage
- Democrats spent 3 years trying to pin it on Scooter Libby
- Spent $2.5M on the lawsuit alone (tens of millions on other things)
- Democrats threw reporters in jail for refusing to name their sources**
- No one died

I hate W. for pardoning Libby. That was executive power abuse, just like Ford for Nixon.

But Libby was never guilty of anything more than lying, which is the same thing that got Bill Clinton. Even though most Americans believe Libby leaked Plame's name, the 3 year investigation didn't come to an end until Armitage finally cop'd to it, and he was never charged.

And no one died in the Plame case. Even the NY Times admitted influenced no one on Iraq.

So ... Hillary really has a nice glass house. ;)

**MSNBC ironically and humorously even tries to attribute this to W., merely because he was President at the time.

We
LMAO, please explain what the republican party is now.
Well the leading candidate for the party is more a libertarian than anything else but if I described what it is today I would say center right. Your party is about as far left as it has ever been.

I think John Boehner disagrees with you.
Boehner was weak and could not lead, just because you get a majority of votes in total in numbers of tens of thousands does not make you a natural leader. Boehner's problem was he could not figure out how to make one side of his party work with the other. Just because one side of the party is conservative and the other is more centrist hardly makes the entire party hard right.

I don't need to look any further than the leading candidate for the party's 2016 presidential nomination, he is about as centrist as it gets. The democratic party 2016 presidential candidate was working as hard as she could to move closer to the party's second place candidate, a self described socialist.

So freaking stupid are the democrats that not one time did they mention the national debt or how to pay for all the free crap they were promising. They don't have to worry about it either because one you say you're giving away free stuff that is all that matters because those are the people that make up the democratic party, free loaders.
