Did anyone see this article on Kane Archer? The QB from Arkansas that likes UCF?

Archer has won 26 games in a row at Greenwood High in Arkansas. He has won back-to-back state championships and was named the 2024 Gatorade Player of the Year in his home state after completing a national record 81.5% of his passes for 3,880 yards, 57 touchdowns and only 2 interceptions last season. He added 795 yards and 10 touchdowns on the ground.

LMAO. I guess it depends on whether the nonsense is about a UCF recruit....or a Miami recruit. :)
Lol. You don’t know anything UCF fan…there’s a reason the kid is listening to a dude that has never been a QB coach at any level and even less developed any QB’s.

You're lucky this place has never been moderated worth a damn because on a well-run fan site your trolling butt would've been gone a long time ago.

Milton and DG weren’t top rated either. Have to get lucky and get a guy that fits our scheme. QB makes receivers look good. Typically not the other way around. Except at Bama. Their receivers are so good you can have anyone that can throw a spiral back there.

Holy f'n shit at those numbers!!!

Reminds me of the first QB Malzhan ruined Mitch Mustain... It's a good thing Gus still isn't our coach.
The more I look back, the more I agree. He played injured players multiple times, was more interested in his own coaching record than what was best for the school, and the toxic locker room culture that crept up this last season. I'd rather see us start over again with a new coach than see Malzahn back another year. Gus always bragged about stats - our rushing offense is the best in the Big12... but we our team is 5-7... but we have one of the best rushers in the conference. Who cares, we have a 5-7 team, nothing else seems to work! I've always wanted to see progression from my team. Improvement is how I gauge success. With Gus, I saw glimpses of it in Y1 of the B12. But the team never looked like it could finish a game. I hope with new leadership at the helm that we get to see a hungry UCF team again. Every game where UCF was the under dog, we looked good. However, every game we were expected to win they fell apart and found a way to lose. That was what frustrated me. We may have a rough time this year, but I'm OK with a new coach coming in and making changes. We will start that climb to the top this year. As long as we see progression year over year, I will be content.
