Direct TV not listing UCF game on the guide?

I can’t see our game listed on the guide to record the game today. What is the issue? Can they correct this issue immediately?

It was canceled due to technical difficulties. The ESPN crew showed up at an airport in south Florida thinking that's where South Florida is located.
