DirecTV offering full refunds for Sunday Ticket because of protests

DirecTV for the first time is offering full refunds in Week 4 to those that are upset about the NFL protests during the national anthem.

Guess DirecTV felt pressured by many that probably threaten to cut the cord or switch to DISH/Cable if they weren't given their refunds.

The big takeaway for me is they've had a lot of calls for canceling. You don't provide the option to cancel for a few complaints. Obviously there's been enough of an outcry and they think they'll lose money in the long run if they don't make this move. I'm curious to see the ratings over the next 4-6 weeks.
