Several things...
2 and 3 years ago at this time...UCF had about 8 verbals in those recruiting classes...which were limited due to scholarship sanctions (almost half the class was already full), while Frost will have at least 25 full class scholarships available this year (even was able to back track a scholarship to Feb 2016 class for new incoming player).
USF has just 1 verbal as of now.
4 of UCF's June verbals aren't even rated (excited they will hopefully sign with UCF but being unrated at this time...odds are they won't get a very high ranking once assigned a rating).
Its exciting anytime someone decides they want to be a Knight verbally (most can't sign till Feb 2017) and its great fans are excited too...and hopefully, some of these new verbals will help attract other quality recruits to help fill out the class.
