That certainly doesn't mean they still can't walk for greener pastures........like they've been doing for the past 3 years.

I would not assume either if them are here next year. It is a different era. $$ talks and most of the P4 has more to pay than us.
For the most part the era of building a team is over. You have to buy a new one every year. Small schools could get very young and grow up players to have a nice one- or two-year run. Very hard to do that now.

We can experience something special in March if we make it in. We're a great 3 point shooting team who can beat anybody in the country when we're on. We had a Final Four caliber team in 2019 when we should have beat Duke. Let's compare a few from that squad to our current.

Darius Johnson = BJ Taylor. Darius is a better shooter.
Aubrey Dawkins = Keyshawn Hall. Keyshawn is a better scorer.
Moustapha Thiam = Tacko Fall. Thiam is way more talented offensively. He's just young.

We will be a very dangerous team in March if we can stay healthy. This team is eerily similar to 2019's imo.
