I really can't explain it. What do people see in this con artist? He must be an AMAZING interview. But, I mean, at this point, his story is kind of inspiring at this point. Lol. Ok. He went from usf to Oregon because he was 10-2 at usf. And went to FSU a year later after improving Oregon by 3 wins from 2016 to 2017. So he moved up while he was succeeding. When he failed at FSU he fell down to a CUSA job and when he failed there he moved down to a position coach job. Making less with each step down.

What does that have to do with failing up? His movements to Oregon and FSU followed perceived successful seasons. And his demotions to FAU and now a running back coach followed his being fired.

Yes. He failed. But down. From head coach at FSU to a fired head coach at FAU and now a position coach.

Not sure why you are butthurt over it. Failed by the standard by which head coaches are measured. Wins and losses. I know you are unfamiliar with the former in recent years.

Im not hurt. I just laugh that you are calling a man who is $20 mil richer and coaching at the highest level of football a failure. But I'm sure your life if that much more successful.
I said he failed as a head coach. Which is why at the ripe old age of 46 he was fired from FSU and then a CUSA team and now is a position coach. He obviously has more money than most and by that standard would be a success. Hence the point of the original post.
