I told my kids this (ages 17 & 20). The current generation between 25-35 years old does not have the coping or problem solving skills needed to be successful. They are not resilient in any way and will always blame others for their failures. In other words, the bar is set so low that if you just show up and are an average performer in whatever career you choose, you will outshine those older than you.
