In watching the FCS playoffs and reading how all these P4 players are being grossly overpaid to transfer. I can see a lot of scouting being done for schools like UCF where overpaying isnt an option start poaching the stars of the FCS. There are a ton of quality players that can help teams that just need a chance and every so often you find a Jared Verse.
