I only watched the first quarter of duh*bulls game on espn3. They were running the hurry up offense. They made a lot of mistakes and penalties. Good thing they were playing a div-1aa team as they looked pretty bad. That final score looks impressive though. Maybe they got better at the execution later on. The QB Flowers reminded me of the elusive Matt Grothe. He scrambles very well and is super lucky on his throws.

ECU looked like they struggled against Towsan. Just going by the score.

Indeed we played sloppy that first qtr and a little into the second qtr. We had three touchdowns called back due to sloppiness and penalties in that span. Halfway into the second the team started to clean it up a bit and as result started to put points on the board. The D was impressive holding FAMU to two 1st downs into the 4th qtr. QF def has some moves that are Grothe-esque but at least for me, I need more data on his ability to throw the ball against a good D.

ECu is bragging that they beat I-AA Townsend by 8 points
I don't know anyone in Greenville who is bragging about beating Towson. Everyone I know was very disappointed with the Pirates lackluster performance.

We are going to make the trip to Gainesville on Saturday. After last Saturday, I am apprehensive about our chances.

True Stanford is probably pissed, but so are we. It will be interesting. I watched the NW-Stanford game and Stanford just looked all kinds of out-of-sorts. I was like, really? They looked beatable, if they play the same crappy way they played. But...I'm sure we will see a different Stanford team. Hopefully we see a different UCF team as well.

Gonna be a long day Saturday of watching College football (not a bad thing)...
South Florida at #10 Florida State 11:30 AM ESPN
UCF at #21 Stanford 10:30 PM FOXS1

Fans are pissed, not sure about the players but, we know gol could care less since all he cares about is conference games and conference championship. I look for another L.
