No. 6 UCF Faces Top-20 Tilt at Florida State
ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) - For the second week in a row, No. 6 UCF plays in a Top-15 mid-week series with a pair of games at No. 11 Florida State, beginning at 6 p.m. Tuesday. Both contests are slated to broadcast on ESPN3 with the finale set for 4 p.m. Wednesday.
Freshman right-handed pitcher Kyle Marsh (0-0, 1.59 ERA, 3K) is set to take the bump on Tuesday. The Port Orange, native went four innings in his first-career start vs. Florida, allowing just one earned run and fanning two. The Seminoles are countering with Alex Boyd (2-0, 0.61 ERA, 17 K)
