congrats on ruining a thread with the first post.
bridge was shipped in 3 days, takes 5 for concrete to cure. reports say there were cracks when it arrived on work site.
The problem with anything pre-built is the stress transport and/or placement can add to it.
Allegedly the collapse happened when they were playing with the tension at the end where cracks had been reported two (2) days earlier.
In any and all cases, this is going to likely cost someone their engineering license, or at least a long probationary period.
