They threw the entire bag of tricks at us on their first drive, and it took a circus catch on really good defense to extend the drive. Hopefully it won’t be that easy the next time around
Was he not in control of that catch? Or did he control it? (at game, couldn't see at the angle)
Houston sub'd. The refs didn't hold the snap. This is just egregious at this point.
They did, but the refs didn't hold the snap. The announcers are going off what the refs did, not what happened on the field.

That double face mask was egregious. They didn't call it. Again, I cannot believe what I'm seeing in front of the Houston sidelines. Looks bought'n paid.
Guess we need to do what teams used to do in the UCFast era when they would wait for the ref to hold the ball before making subs. If refs are gonna miss easy calls, that is all you can do sadly
this is the last week right? I am never one to bash the team....but these mistakes/penalties are stuff teams make week 1....NOT WEEK 12
Only half the penalties are actual. They aren't calling sh-- on Houston.
E.g., on that facemask, they tackled our guy! Total holding! Should have been off-setting.
This has nothing to do with the Big XII.
I think ever since the 'kiss-blow' at OK, the refs have been focused on us.
It's beyond unbalanced at this point.
The third and subsequent hits, plus the tackle when he went down? He was still in bounds?
I'm not talking about the first guy and his tackle attempt. The screen replay showed otherwise here.
yeah he was still in bounds when he got hit by the gang per the replay. It was barely, but he was in.
So, once they go him out... they let up?
That's what we were complaining about. He wasn't going down... in-bounds. They hardly 'let up' once he was out.
Something seems off he almost looked scared or like he was crying before the kick... I still have faith but there is something off.
