I saw an article that said he is getting some good reps with the 1's in dime packages with the Colts. It's great to see so many UCF players doing well in camps right now... It also a little worrisome thinking of all the NFL caliber players we lost... A lot of big shoes to fill.

I come in peace and wanted to bump this. The Colts and local Indy media have high expectations for this kid and I believe it is partly due to the team's lack of depth in the secondary. He is the real deal by all accounts and I'm excited to see what he can do. Was he a fan favorite at UCF? At what point did he start looking like a pro? Thanks for any feedback and good luck this season. Please beat USC.

From my perspective he started looking like a pro over his last 2 seasons. He is an excellent open field tackler and big hitter. He was the best DB in the most talented group of DBs that I can remember as a Knight fan.

I am a huge colts fan (born just outside Indianapolis) so I was real excited about this get. I truly believe he will be an impact player for them within the next few years, and is good enough to get some quality time on the field this year.

He loves to hit. Comes from good football family (stock) and makes big plays.
Occasionally, he would get burnt as a safety way out of position but his upside
would make up for that like a good QB's TDs make up for his INTs.

I believe the Colts plan to use him on special packages and as a LB/DB combo
are perfect. He should get lots of playing time against NFL passing offensives.
He's a leader by example and enthusiasm!

Coach O'Leary knew Clayton was going to be a great player when he was a junior in high school and we were recruiting his cousin. The young man was a no-brainier even back then.

He wasn;t the best DB...a Frosh made All America 3rd team...he didnt.

Yes.., practically every UCF player sucks???? SMH

That really has nothing to do with his pro protential whatsoever. College and the pros are different. I assume that you mean Glenn as the freshman.
Wasn't he a sophomore? Also..,Glenn was slow for a corner and wasn't physically developed yet.

Glenn was a great coverage DB as seen by his pass break ups and INTs. However, I think that a lot of his success was because QBs were trying to keep the ball away from Geathers (either throwing to the other side of a receiver's shoulder from him, or to the other side of the field from him all together).

The comment had nothing to do with pro potential...was in response to saying he was the best DB on team and a fan favorite...relax

UCF is really putting a lot of of players in the pros. Would like to see a chart of total players on opening day rosters from all the Florida colleges.

I saw one last year...FSU and UM had alot more than us...think we were closer to UF.
