The Furman Paladins fell to the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers 35-38. Despite a late rally, QB Reese Hannon and RB Hank McCloud were unable to overcome the deficit. The bad news is Hannon threw for 328 yards going 27/36 with a 9.1 average. Paladins RB McCloud also ran for 133 yards for 6.3 a carry. Furman seems to bring a balanced offensive attack, but the loss signals good news for the Knights in a few weeks.

UCF 39
Furman 29 imho.*
