Fire all of them. I'd rather see crime run rampant than see a cop pull this crap again. Its not worth it. I'd prefer to defend my life and property on my own than see this happen again.

I realize that we’re removing these from the procedures of most forces, but I have to as, did the guy die or otherwise suffer injury from the restraint?

Part of the issue is some criminals don't exactly go nicely into a cop car. Not sure what techniques they can use without some risk. These are usually criminals that are violently resisting arrest.

This "criminal" was high/drunk and was seen staggering across the street by the hospital.
