I'll answer your question: yes, Spacey and Cosby should definitely have their stars removed (along with Brett Ratner and a host of others). That said, I don't think Weinstein or Lauer should have their stars removed because neither has one.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that his ego is the same as it's always been, and his yearning for the public's confirmation and acceptance (vis-a-vis his undeniable low self esteem) means that it's probably still a big deal to him.
