What does that have to do with something he did prior to taking office, or after leaving it. I personally don't think any law was broken in the non disclosure agreement, but if there was something illegal about it, he did it before he was President.

'IF' there was something illegal about it? Heeeeelllllllooo, Trump had his 'fixer' lawyer, Michael Cohen, pay hush money to a PORN STAR in an effort to keep their affair quiet during the final months of the campaign. Cohen went to prison for it for crying out loud!!!

Trump (i.e. Individual Number 1) wasn't charged at the time because it was DOJ "policy" not to charge a sitting President.

....he did it before he was President.

....and it WORKED by golly!!!! Donald became President and Made America Great Again!
