I can see Sublime's point of view though about giving these recruits a chance to succeed with GOL at the helm.

That won't happen. They averaged 20k fans during their 17 game losing streak...and are poised to break the 34 game streak with 14k followers.

Nope. He'd be gone by 0-4 next year (or even 0-3 and 0-2 if they were bad enough), even if he finished 2-10 this year. If next year looks like it's going to be back-to-back losing seasons, then GoL should be gone. Doesn't matter if he got a few wins.

Lack of improvement is just that, and a fireable offense. I mean, even though we dropped the first 2 in 2005, we finally started winning after that. GoL would be expected to do the same in 2016. If not, he should be gone after just a few games.

So you are willing to let this debacle bleed into next year? GTFOOH.
