How much money?

She has a right to one. I would think she’d have no problem getting a contingency given the potential payoff if there is any merit.
Do you think it’s legally defensible that she has to go through her family to spend money she earned herself if she wants to try to sue them?

No, she does not have to do that. Again, there are plenty of firms that can challenge this and would probably do so on contingency given how much money is involved. Likewise, anyone who could be affected financially by the conservatorship can file suit and that is a lot of people.

Her lawyer was appointed by the court and has earned around half a million dollars a year since 2008. He recently said that Brittney never directed him to file a motion to end the conservatorship. Brittney replied that she wasn't aware until recently that she could do that.

Apparently you don't get much from a $500,000 a year court-appointed lawyer.

You’re just a troll. You have not made me angry. You’ve only made yourself look stupid.
Not trolling at all. And you’re still posting angry things.

You’ve shown in many threads your proclivity for anger when things don’t go your way. I’m serious when I tell you take it easy. These are just words.

Lol, thanks for the advice, guy who hasn’t ever met me. 😂
Indeed. We really need to 'stop hating on' people on this board. It's funny that this is in the Britney Spears thread, which is almost appropriate. Cue the 'We Are Family' beat ...

I know several people on this board in real life, and they won't comment on-board for fear of being associated with me against the masses of trolls, no matter how much they agree with me. Heck, I cannot even comment on some things unrelated to SARS-CoV-2, freedom or politics without 5-6 people trolling and jumping all over me, among a few others.

At some point, leave the trolling to a few threads in the Cooler, and cool off. Seriously. I've seen this too much in the Upstream (greater open source world), very, very productive and core necessary people. Entire people destroyed by trolls, taking away their livelihood, really good people, because their livelihood is on-line.

That's why I don't like people questioning livelihoods here. That's kinda 'crossing a line.' It's been done to many people at times. It doesn't bother when some do it to me, but I'm not the only one.
