What I have seen is UCF beat 2 horrible and 1 average team because of superior athletes and playmakers...not playcalling. I really hope I am wrong, but it has been choppy and not fluid. The running game is nothing like it was last year and our playmakers are being forced into a system .
If we play a team at similar athletic ability we will be exposed.
Before you roast me know I want nothing more than for this to be corrected. I am very happy we won our first three games and don’t expect perfection. I can’t say enough how much I hope I am wrong and/or if I am right that it changes. This is just me trying to be honest in what I have seen in three games.
Finally...it has only been three games and there are plenty of things to be excited about. My observations could be way off. However there seem to be some gaps that really need to be addressed.
