I don't agree. A 2-2 SEC doormat Vandy team just took down Bama. We lost a number of close games last year and are 1 & 1 in conference this year. We just need someone with enough sack to sort out our coaching staff and our playbook before we cock up the entire season.

We don't have the receivers or QB to run a bunch of 7, 8, & 9s. We're too short, slow, and inaccurate for that. We should be focusing on the short end of the route tree (and not screens either) to balance the running game.

Btw this is all on Gus if we had a good coach n scheme we would compete at a much higher level.

To me, it's even the losses. It happens, you play well but the other team bests you.

It's the lack of preparation, or attention to detail. The team, almost always, looks lost and confused. What the hell do these coaches do all week long?

We have no QB and it’s now plain to see, a coach that isn’t going to trend us in the right direction, and if you’re not going in the right direction….that’s right, you’re going to keep going in the wrong direction.

BTW, it’s year 2 of being in a big-boy conference.
