I would like mack to get a first half series and second half series like temple does. Force the defense to see different looks
10 yards per pass, 3 TDs, 0 Turnovers, I don't know what more you want from the kid.
I want a dual threat QB
And we don't have the personnel to protect a pocket passer all season.
"I don't care if DG is in a whole different league talent-wise from our other QBs he's not putting up big rushing numbers so he's got to sit!"
You know what can also limit an offense? Not completing passes and turning the ball over.
Please keep limiting our offense and putting up 60+.
His worst game of career and he had 3 TD passes and no interceptions. I can find plenty worse from every other QB we’ve had.
Cincinnati was his worst game.
68% completion percentage at home.
52% on the road.
297 yards with a TD and 3 interceptions. Made it easier to find worse performances from our QBs
Dg shows he has some speed with the QB draw when he picked up 11. Once he gets more comfortable I could see more happening. Not a true DT but enough to keep the defense honest

Man this makes me so nostalgic for KZ's freshmen year. It was so perfect and amazing and it was very clear he was our Quarterback of the future right then and there and every fan was totally bought into him. It's very clear with DG that there is simply no way he can recover at all or get any better at the veteran age of 19, and his current stats just are simply not good enough for someone with so much experience.

I think DG is getting braver with his runs. I like what I see there. Depending on the numbers the defense puts in the box, we can often get a mismatch with a QB run. I think he is going to get more of those calls from upstairs.
At the same time, if we get those numbers in the box, Heup is probably going to go deep or stretch the field to reduce those numbers, thus setting up a run by the RB.
I think Milton will be an outlier in the history of Huepel's offense. We won't see a lot of running QBs while he is here. Even though I think Mack's feet would have changed the Cincy game.
Mack is a beast when he’s in there though. He’s a load to bring down by multiple defenders even when it’s for no gain. It’s nice to watch him and BT together
We talked about this last year but the small QB and small RB combo doesn't work as well as when at least one of them is larger.
That's why we lost to Pitt and Cinci. Too predicable. They should have played Mack or Wimbush on several series imo.
