One big difference regarding the experience factor is a lot of TCU's veterans have been in the program for two years or more. Some of UCF's veterans (most of the linebacking corps 2 deep for example) are beginning their first or second semesters as UCF students.

The short passing game that TCU is using now is nonexistent with Gus.
It’s almost as if an offensive coach would understand the logical concept of getting in a groove with short passes vs BOMBS.
TCU using short little 3-yard passes for first downs. It looks so easy, but not in Gus's playbook.
Roof put them in a lot of man v man and they lost. It may get better but Roof has to put them in better position.

to think we use to attract actual quarterbacks. we have so many former QBs still playing around the country and we have this guy who is getting paid in real money. impressive.
