Jags draw smallest home crowd since 2009 in 1st home game since London Protest

Even after Jags had a HUGE road win just one week prior at Pittsburgh, Jags yesterday drew the smallest "announced" crowd for a home game since 2009...as it seems some Jag fans didn't like their players kneeling for the anthem on foreign soil.

One fan spent $$$ to fly this banner over the stadium area prior to kickoff

Ironically, a long-time season tix holder was kicked out of the stadium for her "silent" protest of some signs she brought in with her because Jags official said her's were political (which they werent) but the player's protest was not.

Now Jags Owner who was a Trump supporter is blaming the President and not his players/team's actions while they were in London for these issues.

Gonna go with that's not why the crowd was horrible. Their crowds are just horrible.

I went... Saw no one disrespecting from my seat. After two touchdowns in the first 25 seconds the game was pretty boring. Lots of short passes for Blake and special teams cost us a win.

NFL owners are in a tight spot. Many back Trump .... but they can't go against their own players or no free agents will ever sign with them again.

It's the same reason you see so many NBA coaches and owners ragging on Trump now. 90% of the league is black and you will alienate everybody if you agree with Trump.
