It is our business because we signed an agreement to defend Ukraine if they would turn over their nuclear weapons. We did this to prevent the nukes from getting into terrorists hands. Ukraine complied and now we are saying you are in a tough position, so give us your minerals too, or else we let Russia continue grinding away.
