But we have economic news: lowest jobless claims since 1969.

Initial claims for state unemployment benefits dropped 5,000 to a seasonally adjusted 192,000 for the week ended April 13, the lowest level since September 1969, the Labor Department said on Thursday. Data for the prior week was revised to show 1,000 more applications received than previously reported.

The difference is that Obamas economy was based on printing money whereas the trump economy is based on repatriating funds. Both lead to the same thing but one perpetuates the problem and the other addresses it. Ive said it several times: even keynes would have criticized the approach in Obama's first term.

Eight years ago we were making decisions on how to conserve capital and bank funds for taxes. Today we are spending capital for growth at a rate for six to one.

Obama had unemployment levels over 11% gor so long that he literally celebrated it as a success when that number came down to 7% because they stopped looking for work and no longer factored into the unemployment numbers.
