Deporting all illegal immigrants absolutely is not the most cost effective way to reduce deaths. There are significantly more cost efficient ways to do it.

If you want to actually provide a meaningful increase in longevity then please take a look at the leading causes of mortality and allocate funds to things that are actually killing Americans. You will find "murder by illegal immigrants" isn't on that list. But lack of healthcare is.
