According to K-State’s head coach, star player Coleman Hawkins was not close to being able to play v ASU in their last game (knee injury in their L to Utah). He is likely the Wildcats most important player. Transfer from Illinois who must have cost a boat load. Averaged about 11/7/6 but is a highly disruptive, long, and athletic big. He was sensational in KSU’s win over ISU.

The Knights have a real opportunity on Wednesday to keep the momentum going before what would be a huge road game at TCU on Saturday (3/1). After that, it is a home matchup that you can expect revenge to be on our minds against Okie State, before our regular season finale on the road against a good, but beatable WVU. All four of our remaining games are winnable. If we get on a roll and go into the conf tourney with confidence and clicking, look out.

First things first, we need to keep the momentum from our win over Utah going Wednesday. Hope we have a good student turn out.

*I fully expect pessimistic takes in response to this thread lol.
