Maria Vullo should be disbarred, if not in jail, and Letitia James with her if she can be shown as complicit. She threatened financial institutions and bankrupted, or nearly backrupted (several had to start procedings to protect their personal assets) several of my own colleagues. Why? Complete, illegal activity for political gain, much like the Biden administration in the case of domestic energy, knowingly breaking the law, they wanted to bankrupt industries even if they won their lawsuits later (after being bankrupted). Even people who dont' sell guns, had nothing to do with the NRA, and only provide services to law enforcement were caught up it. The Supreme Court ruled against her 9-0, every single Progressive Justice thought it was horrendous what she did, and rebuked the state.
Fani Willis will be censured, and should have been a long time ago, but I don't think she'll lose her law license much less go to jail. At most, if she is found guilty of anything, it will be a misdemeanor for covering up things. That's how it works with Democrats. She's just unlucky she's not LGBTQIA+
Although once the Biden administration lost the election, the MDA finally shouved out Laura M. DeSimone. If she was straight, let alone a man, she would have been removed years earlier. The DoD was so frustrated, they finally made the IG report public in early 2024, just to finally 'provide visibility' on how LGBTQIA+ associates in government operate 'under different rules.' Probably the sickest reality of all is that she felt like she did nothing wrong, all while her entire office felt like she totally was, repeatedly, through overlapping affairs and promotions, let alone spending taxpayer dollars inappropriately on trips and social events unrelated.
Jack Smith was just doing his job, much like Kenneth Starr. He made some stupid moves, but nothing illegal. Ethics are always debatable, but he's not as bad as the Trump administration makes him out to be. But the Biden administration did cause him to claim various things that were utterly untrue. That's not him, that's the Biden administration.
Dr. Fauci will forever be guilty of lying to Congress, as the FOIA releases prove, even if the whole debate over GoF is never addressed -- although it was funny, and sad, that Fauci agreed what he funded in China was GoF, in his own words, as part of FOIA releases. Rand Paul will forever be remembered as the most demonized, but correct, member of Congress throughout the lockdowns ... especially since he clearly understood respiratory infections far better than Dr. Fauci in the transcripts. Paul is quite brilliant, but because the US Media and most Americans aren't surgeons, they couldn't follow Paul's logic. In fact, as we now know, the Biden administration threatened Big Tech to censor and deplatform a sitting Congressman, but no one will be held accountable for that.
Stacey Abrams might go to jail. She should. She's a crook, pure and simple.
Nancy Pelosi, let alone her husband, will be grandfathered in by existing ethics and rules, but will eventually be censured after-the-fact. Nothing else will happen. Insider trading is heavy, with the Pelosis just the best at it.
Mitch McConnell is a typical Congressman and politician. He's also having issues with coherency, like Biden.
