This gas station has been shuttered for a while so was wondering what might be going on. Did a little research and their was a preliminary application into the County in April by the new owners for a Starbucks. Not the most exciting, but better than a vacant gas station. There's Burger U on campus, but that corner would've been cool for a sports bar, etc.
