Lack of leadership on the offense very disturbing

Those interviews by Brandon made me cringe. We've got a real leadership vacuum on the offensive side of the ball. The offensive huddle reminded me of a group of bored teenagers wishing they had their cell phone to play with rather than a group of focused athletes.

This is all on GOL , and Key. Very concerned at this point that Key isn't the right guy. Can't do much about talent issues, but these intangibles not being solidified is inexcusable. Why hasn't Joey Grant been developed from a leadership perspective?
