By the way, the streak continues: not a single proponent of single payer health care can present a way to pay for it that isn't either totally absurd, a lie, or simply inventing numbers as this woman does most every time she speaks.

Here's a newsflash - politicians lie. They manipulate data to suit their needs. They all do and they all always will.

No, that's not what's going on here. I don't think this woman is lying. I think she is simply incapable of understanding basic policy and things like numbers. I'm serious about that. She doesn't strike me as a liar and she's certainly not a "politician" in any sense of the traditional word. It's kind of like when she said that unemployment is only low because people are working 2 jobs. I don't think that was a lie, I think that's her genuinely not understanding how unemployment works.

I'd say it's relevant when this woman just brokered Pelosi's nomination on the left and is Bernie's young surrogate.

We haven't spent 21 trillion dollars on defense in the history of our country. Just saying.....

I don't even get the point of her tweet. Is she saying that if we hadnt wasted all of that money it would just be sitting there, ready to be spent?

I was going to offer a metaphor for this situation: my wife and I have separate accounts and we transfer money back and forth to one another but in the end its just singular 3rd party transations that determine where the money goes. Then I realized that Shukster wouldnt relate, because he keeps his wife locked up in the basement and doesn't allow her to see daylight, let alone handle money, so I knew it wouldn't resonate with him.

As an aside, this is why I have to go over to his house when he leaves to play bingo and hit the early bird special at the senior center. She needs to be let out on occasion and feel the loving embrace of a young, virile man who can satisfy her, um, intellectually.

Was she not paraded around on a national tour with Bernie Sanders to usher in the new era of socialism? Yes she was. Did she not just broker a deal to get hard lefties on board with Pelosi as Speaker again? Yes she did.

This "barely 30 woman" is out there effectively leading the hard left of the DNC which has grown a ton and yet you guys go with the "why do you care so much!?".

At least you didn't do what she did and assert that criticisms of her are just sexist and rail against evil white men or something.

I agree here. She is just over her head, but trying to fake it. She doesn't appear to be a typical political fraud. She hears different information and gets confused and jacks up anything she says. She is cute and I believe she is trying to be honest.
