Looking for a residential contractor

Hey gang, I usually never post in the water cooler but i figured this is a good a place as any to ask for some residential contractor references so I'm not throwing darts in the dark via Google searching.

Anybody got someone they would recommend? (Or not recommend for that matter)

Hey, my good friend Ben in DeLand is a licensed and bonded contractor . He does a lot of remodeling work . He helps me all the time with business here in the mountains and my vacation rentals. He is honest, does great work and is creative . I don't what kind of work you need done ,but I bet he can tackle it. Send me a PM and I can give you his cell digits .
