My youngest daughter is getting married this weekend. We love the guy. They are both 24 and have degrees and early careers are going well. I am extremely happy but also kinda sad at the same time, which is a weird feeling. Struggling somewhat with the fact that our “baby” is getting married. My wife was 22 when we got married, but that seemed so much more appropriate. 🤷🏻♂️
Any suggestions from Father of the Brides on how they coped? Other than substance abuse/ heavy drinking.🤣
FYI- My oldest daughter is getting married at 28 in October(not during a UCF game). Yeah two weddings in one year is brutal. She is a PA and her future hubby is a PhD Scientist. We love him too. It does not seem to be hitting me as much, but it could just be because it is three months away.
