Thought he was ok until he started getting political.
He is pretty funny though.
I’ve got plenty of friends with different political views — love LSU Dad and if he says something I disagree with I just don’t pay attention to that. It’s really easy. You all are missing out if you’re writing off people who have different political views.
I applaud those willing to share their views they feel strongly about even if I disagree. I tend to keep my views to myself cause I don’t want to offend people.

It's the Internet....he calls it like the sees it. Easy to not watch him if politics is sensitive subject to someone.
He even turned away some folks who agreed with him politically with his obnoxious barrage .
His UCF videos are great, but I will say this... if you disagree with him about anything he jumps down your throat or worse. He posted something a few weeks ago about the QB from Grambling and said he was the best QB in the state. I responded with "Drew Brees?". He basically implied I was racist and root against the underdog. I found that funny since I'm a UCF fan and we are always the underdog it seems.

Quite frankly I’m shocked that @Andy_UCF and UCF didn’t do any background checking on this scumbag before promoting him.

Effin' A, I wish more people thought this way. You can see plenty of examples here on this board and it's only magnified on more traditional forms of social media. Notice that I'm not defending TJLSUDad? It's because some things he does are no different than what a lot of people on here do. One slight disagreement and people go all Godwin's Law. This country is great because we're different and have differing viewpoints. I love having intelligent conversations with friends and colleagues who see things a little differently than I do. I don't prescribe to one political ideology, so there have definitely been times when I've been able to shift my way of thinking on a topic due to being presented with some valid counterarguments or contrary evidence. What a friggin' boring place it would be if we all saw things the same.

I’ll just add that some of the folks who have different views also come from different backgrounds with different perspectives—who’s to say if I didn’t grow up in the same house with similar experiences I wouldn’t think the same way. For my friends with different views it’s great to actually talk with them, not to change their mind or out of anger, but to try to understand.
Everyone should try it more. The world would be a better place. It’s a lot easier than being mad at everyone.

I get where you’re coming from but in today’s age life is political. I mean politics dominates our lives so it seeps into sports and art and everything around us, especially in the age of social media. The years of trying to keep everything seperated on the same plate are over, for better or worse.

I tell my kids that if someone is talking trash and it makes you mad, if you stoop to their level and do the same thing back at them it basically ruins your argument cause at that point you're not really any better than the person you're taking issue with.

hes not even a sports guy he is a regular dude that posts youtube and twitter videos. Its not any different than everyone hating on him for his political views in this thread.
A thread started about a guy who promotes ucf quickly derails into a "I hate his views and therefore I hate him!!!" melee from the usual suspects.
After you pulled a background check because he was a meanie on Twitter, did you also stake out his house too?
My point is that the idea that we can keep politics separate from everyday life and conversation is disengenuous. It’s not something we talk about “behind closed doors” anymore. I don’t disagree he’s just some guy on Twitter that posts about stuff but the idea that modern society can be homogenized and free of political discourse is willfully ignorant.
I mean like you said about stuff devolving in these forums we can’t go one thread without getting into it.
There's a big difference between having different views and defamation of character against someone that disagrees with you.
