Because everything is political. Things don't exist in vacuums. And/or poor moderation.

Yes, if you want stuff to stay "on topic" in forums and online discussions, it requires more visible moderation. That's like any forum anywhere.
Only @OlearyLookAlike would be mad because people called him out for supporting a person who did everything they could to get a child molester elected. That's no better than the Penn St cultists out there.

I'm very good at due diligence, takes me 2 minutes to do. When I am personally attacked I will do what is necessary to defend myself and show what a hypocrite this guy is.
I won't get into the discussion of the background check but the guy said @OlearyLookAlike was a supporter of child molesters and a white supremacist because he voted Trump. That's not nearly the same as having different political beliefs. The LSU dad guy went on an hourly rant for days about what scumbags and racists anyone who voted/supported Trump were and said he wanted nothing to do with any of them, not be friends followers nothing. Who's the intolerant asshole again here ?
But it would be a factual statement to say that Trump supported child molesters. And therefore, if you're supporting him, you're supporting someone who likes to diddle kids and managed to get banned from a mall.
Just facts. But yes, someone who gets triggered online from Twitter and decides to run a background check has some mental defects and massive insecurities going on for sure. Convenient you choose not to address running a background check in that instance.
