Maaaaan idk..i was not that impressed this game with Keene on the field, similar to the Navy game except we won this time (w/ mickey mouse money).
Geez not real happy with either QB at the moment but will say I love the heart of both Plumlee and Keene, and I could not say that before with sockboy at the helm. Idk what 2023 brings..let's see how the rest of 2022 plays out and see if we will have a surprise ending with these guys, does not seem likely though.

With JRP we were dominating this game. He gets hurt and we let one of the worst teams in the FBS almost beat us? MK had a bad fumble, Okeefe and Harvey also. Just seemed like our offense was in shambles.
We lost a 3 TD lead with him at QB in the second half and if not for spectacular catches by Baker and Holler we lose....so where the hell are you coming from?
That fumble was on Harvey for pulling ball away from Keene.
Keene fumbled the ball when he pulled it....not Harvey....stop the bs
And truly do we believe that catch was good at the end?
I’m happy for the win, but if it wasnt a catch on the field, I don’t see it getting ruled complete on review.
Even if it is ruled incomplete, I think Boomer nails the field goal.

Please, the blind loyalty to Keene needs to stop. He has filled in well for us the last 2 years, but let’s be able to be critical when he does bad…like most of last year and the 2nd half of this game against the 130th (worst) ranked defense in all of FBS.
Keene has been very clutch . but I am hoping Castellanos is better than both and let’s see how McClain looks

If you are going to be critical, be critical of the defense. Keene was 15-of-19 (79%) for 129 yards and two touchdowns, including the game winner.

Our defense got shredded in the second half. Almost the worse collapse in UCF football history. I wonder what Tulane is thinking.
Jason Beede has been a JRP hater beginning of year and all year. He is as one of the many “in the know” who were blindsided by JRP winning the starting role.
Keene was 15/19 passing with 2 TD. He also had some timely RPO runs. He doesn’t play defense. He was responsible maybe for one of the fumbles, but not the other 2. He was money on the final drive. You don’t have to like it.
What’s your point? You are responding to an inept offense post. Yes our defense has been bad last several games, but our offense w/out JRP in against the worst defense in FBS was way worse.
Our offense looked fine when we weren’t fumbling the ball.
I’ve said Keene has done well in relief. But to argue our offense is better without JRP is silly.
Who argued that? We punted once the entire game and that was because Gus got cute with a swing pass that was blown up.
Keene deserves a statue outside the stadium. JRP deserves a bust since he can't throw.

In one half we allowed 7 points and the other half allowed 32. That had a bit to do with the turnaround. Also the pass to Baker was on a first down play. And if Holler doesn’t make the catch we are kicking a 30 yard field goal. So certainly no guarantee of a loss if those catches aren’t made.
I did not feel secure at all with anything other than a TD on that drive. The momentum was not on our side, and although I love Boomer and he is practically perfect this season I did not want him to go cold in a do-or-die situation. The way this game went in the second half it could have been a blocked FG or any other freak situation- screw that.
Sure. But there is a difference between saying we would have lost if Holler doesn’t make the catch and the reality of the situation. Which was we were in position for a relatively short go ahead FG with under 20 seconds left in the game.
