Let's get rid of the majority of College Admin's, especially College Presidents. This alone would save a lot of money, and we can push back the savings by lowering tuition to match the savings.

Do we really need to spend $120k-$180k on a Diversity Admin?

I would hope we are in a society, that is already inclusive enough to not need a diversity Admin, since we are already passed the segregation days!
